Mominul Islam is the Manager of Uttam & Associates, a Chartered Secretaries and Consulting Firm. He has completed the Chartered Accountancy course from Shafiqul Alam & Co. and also qualified Certificate level. Over the last three years he has gained professional experience as auditor across various organizations particularly in Financial Statements, Audit, Tax, VAT and Corporate Governance Compliance areas.
