Mohammad Nazrul Islam is the Senior Consultant of Uttam & Associates, a Practicing Chartered Secretaries and Business Consulting Firm. He has fifteen years of experience and has worked in various organizations in senior-level positions. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB). He completed his B. Com (Hons.) and Master in Accounting from Govt. Titumir College, Dhaka, with 1st Class. He has completed the Chartered Accountancy (CA) course from a reputed CA firm and passed 1300 marks. He also completed Management Development Program (MDP) in Leadership & Change Management and Credit Risk Management from IBA of Dhaka University. He obtained the Income Tax Practitioner Certificate from the National Board of Revenue. He is a member of the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association and a Life Member of the Bangladesh Accounting Association. He has participated in various training programs, including “Learning Use of AI Technology to Improve Professional Capacity” conducted by ICSB and “Management Assessment Centre” conducted by CATS Academy, India.
